Ukrainian President Demands European Union to Utilize Immobilized Russia's Assets for Ukraine's Defence Funding

European Union officials are currently discussing plans to support an interest-free financial package for the country guaranteed by Russian central bank resources, which were immobilized soon after the extensive military incursion.
